The drum score for this weeks score of the week was written for a Danish grade 4 pipe band with an experienced drum corp back in 2008 to fit in a medley right after a slow air. The pipers would start the tune by them selves, and then the drummers would follow along.

The score for this strathspey came about 10 years ago when a beginner student of mine wanted to explore strathspeys. I put together this score to allow a lot of focus on basic strathspey expression, which you can probably hear in the recording below.
